Usually any board provides sufficient time to do the compliance for any deficiency. Incase of failure in compliance, the board rejects the application. After rejection, you need to apply afresh for the same.

As per the byelaws of CBSE the minimum land requirement for CBSE affiliation (irrespective of LEVEL … MIDDLE / SECONDARY / SR. SECONDARY) is 1.5 acres or 6000 sq mtr. This may be less for certain cities or location as per the guidelines mentioned in the bye laws.
For 6500 sq ft…. it will not be possible
