Budget for a new school may be bifurcated under various heads as given below:

• Infrastructure development (in phase manner)
• Establishment cost (includes planning, approvals and permissions etc.)
• Recruitment, Marketing and Operational expenses planning.
• Estimation for the fees expected
• Investment required for Computer Lab, Math’s Lab, Composite Science Lab, Library, Language Lab, Music and Dance room, Art and craft, Activity room, Sports ground and equipment, etc.

Existing School

Budget can be planned on the basis of the revenue being generated in the school, apart from the contribution of promoters under various heads as given below:

• Upgradation of infrastructure (in phased manner)
• Marketing expenses and Operational expenses
• Recruitment plan as per the proposed expansion
• Investment required for Computer Lab, Math’s Lab, Composite Science Lab, Library, Language Lab, Music and Dance room, Art and craft, Activity room, Sports ground and equipment, etc., according to the expansion plan
• Incase of Senior Secondary (Classes XI and XII Upgradation with Science stream), the cost of Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs should be considered.
