The minimum area required for ICSE Board is 0.5 Acre and CBSE board is 1.5 Acre. The built up area should be adequate for accommodating the numbers and gender of pupils attending the school. Roughly around 1 sq mtr. per child (max upto 40 students) should be the size of class room. The construction area also depends upon the number of student we wish to accommodate upto primary, middle or secondary level school.
